Coating platform and production relationship
North One Glass coordinates optical coated glass production through three vacuum magnetron sputtering lines owned by listed company NorthGlass. Customer visits to the coating and processing facilities can be arranged. The production route is selected according to the glass family, optical target, substrate, size, processing sequence and order plan.
Maximum size and standard sheet planning
Coated raw sheets and deep-processed finished glass can reach up to 3,300 x 16,000 mm. The final feasible size depends on the product grade, thickness, tempering or lamination route, handling, packing and transport plan. Multiple standard raw-sheet sizes are used to improve cutting yield and reduce waste.
Available processing routes
- Straight and shaped cutting, CNC profile processing and custom dimensions
- Straight, round, polished or beveled edge grinding and double-edge grinding
- Drilling and shaped drilling
- Physical tempering and chemical strengthening where the selected product allows it
- Silk-screen printing, lamination and insulating-glass assembly where applicable
- Custom optical coating by transmission, reflection, spectrum, wavelength or LAB color target
How capability is confirmed before quotation
Send the product family or target optical result, substrate, thickness, raw-sheet or finished size, quantity, drawing, tolerances, processing, sample or test-report requirement, destination and schedule. North One Glass reviews the coating route and downstream processing together instead of treating them as separate purchasing decisions.
Inspection, packing and export delivery
Orders are reviewed through production and pre-shipment quality control. Export packing uses fumigation-free plywood seaworthy crates with suitable interleaving, moisture protection, internal cushioning, reinforcement and container-loading support for the selected glass and finished size.
Reports, warranty and project terms
North One Glass currently does not publish formal certificate claims. Test reports can be supplied when required for the confirmed product. Standard glass products receive more than two years of manufacturer warranty after leaving the factory, while approved oxidation- and corrosion-resistant mirror products receive a 20-year warranty under the applicable product and order terms.
