North One Glass coordinates three NorthGlass-owned vacuum magnetron sputtering lines and processing including CNC cutting, edge grinding, drilling, tempering, printing and lamination where the selected product allows it.

The approved overall maximum is 3,300 x 16,000 mm for coated raw sheets and deep-processed finished glass. Final feasibility depends on the product, thickness, processing, handling, packing and transport route.

Yes. Visits to the coating and processing facilities can be arranged.

Orders use fumigation-free plywood seaworthy crates with suitable interleaving, moisture protection, cushioning, reinforcement and a loading plan matched to the product and finished size.

North One Glass currently does not publish formal certificate claims. Test reports can be supplied when required for the confirmed product.

All glass products receive more than two years of manufacturer warranty after leaving the factory. Approved oxidation- and corrosion-resistant mirror products receive a 20-year warranty under the applicable product and order terms.
