95% First Surface Mirror for Projection, Scanning and Precision Optics

North One Glass supplies first surface mirror, also called front surface mirror, with visible light reflection reaching 95%. The reflective optical coating sits on the front surface, so light reflects before passing through the glass and secondary refraction or ghost images are reduced in precision optical paths.

Optical path Provide incidence angle, wavelength range, beam or image size, required reflection and acceptable ghosting.

Batch control Reflection, LAB color, film thickness, coating uniformity, cross-hatch adhesion and tape adhesion can be checked by batch.

Handling Plan gloves, separators, cleaning and assembly because the reflective coating is exposed on the front surface.

Custom cutting, shaped cutting, edging, drilling and drawing-based processing are available for review. Standard thicknesses and sheet sizes are stock-supported, with jumbo capability up to 3,300 x 16,000 mm subject to optical flatness, handling, processing and export packing.

الشروط والقيود

Do not inherit tempering, lamination, IGU, 5,000-cycle steel-wool or 20-year outdoor claims from other product families. The front coating requires careful cleaning with a lint-free cloth or sterile cotton and a small amount of IPA or deionized water, wiping gently in one direction.
